摘  要:为研究海水-淡水交汇处的特殊海水环境下石灰石粉(LS)-偏高岭土(MK)复合胶凝材料体系的护筋性能,设计了不同LS和MK质量比的复合胶凝材料,首先探究了上述体系的固氯能力与胶凝材料组成的内在联系,同时结合物相分析对该体系的固氯机理进行分析;其次研究了海水-淡水交汇处复掺LS-MK混凝土中氯离子的扩散行为特征;最后通过恒电压加速钢筋锈蚀实验以验证复合胶凝材料体系的护筋性能。结果表明:当LS和MK的总掺量为30%(质量分数),且LS/MK质量比由5∶1降至1∶1时,材料体系的固氯量先增后减;在海水-淡水交汇处,随着MK占比的提高,复掺LS-MK混凝土中氯离子扩散系数持续降低;MK占比的提高减少了钢筋锈蚀量,降低了复掺LS-MK混凝土中钢筋的锈蚀风险。In order to study the rebar-protecting properties in limestone powder(LS)-metakaolin(MK)cemetitious materials system under seawater-freshwater intermixed environment,cemetitious materials with different mass ratios of LS and MK were designed.Firstly,the relationship between the chloride binding capacity and cemetitious materials composition was explored,and the chloride binding mechanism was analyzed by phase identification.Then,the diffusion behavior of chloride ion in LS-MK concrete under seawater-freshwater intermixed environment was studied.Finally,the rebar-protecting properties in LS-MK cemetitious materials system were verified by constant voltage accelerated corrosion test.The results show that when the total content of LS and MK is 30%(mass fraction),and the mass ratio of LS/MK reduces from 5∶1 to 1∶1,the chloride binding capacity of the materials system firstly increases and then decreases.With the increase of the MK content,the chloride diffusion coefficient in the LS-MK concrete decreases,and the increase of the MK content reduces the amount of steel bar corrosion and the corrosion risk of the steel bar in the LS-MK concrete.
