摘  要:质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)由于其高功率密度和低工作温度,被认为是具有应用前景的一种新能源技术。过氧比(OER)是影响燃料电池系统性能的重要因素之一。过氧比控制的核心是通过控制阴极的空气流量输入,防止发生“氧饥饿”现象,在维持系统正常运行的前提下对系统净功率进行优化,提升系统的性能。首先在MATLAB中建立了基于空气供应系统的PEMFC六阶动态模型,获得过氧比关于负载电流的函数关系。在PID控制、模糊控制、super⁃twisting二阶滑模控制的基础上,提出了一种改进的模糊-滑模控制策略。仿真结果表明,该方法具有良好的鲁棒性和快速调节的性能。Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is considered to be a promising new energy technology due to its high power density and low operating temperature.Oxygen excess ratio(OER)is one of the main factors that affect the performance of fuel cell systems.The key of OER control is to prevent the"oxygen starvation"phe⁃nomena by controlling the air flow input of the cathode.The net output power is optimized to improve the perform⁃ance of the system while maintaining the system working properly.First of all,a sixth⁃order dynamic model of PEM⁃FC based on the air supply system is established in MATLAB,and the function equation of the oxygen excess ratio to the load current is obtained.Based on PID control,fuzzy control and super⁃twisting second⁃order sliding mode control,an improved fuzzy⁃sliding mode control strategy is proposed to realize OER control.Simulation results show that this method has good robustness and fast adjustment performance.
