摘  要:为提高既有桥梁护栏的防护性能,兼顾护栏改造经济性及施工方便性,通过仿真分析与碰撞试验,确定了一种利用原混凝土护栏底座接高三横梁的组合式护栏改造方案。依据相关规范、标准对组合式护栏构种强度、弱翼缘桥面板强度、护栏抗倾覆性能等进行了理论计算;采用计算机仿真分析方法对护栏进行模拟碰撞分析,不断优化护栏部件及参数;并通过实车碰撞试验对护栏安全性能进行了验证。试验结果表明,护栏防撞等级达到SS级;上部钢梁柱及防阻块的变形吸能可有效减小传递至桥面板的碰撞荷载,弱翼缘桥面板满足受力要求。In order to improve the protective performance of existing bridge barriers,considering both economy and construction convenience of the barrier reconstruction,a 3-beam combined barrier reconstruction scheme using the base of the original concrete barrier was determined through simulation and impact test.According to the relevant specifications and standards,the strength,weak flange bridge deck and anti-overturning performance of the combined barrier were calculated theoretically,the computer simulation analysis method was used to simulate the barrier,and the components and parameters of the barrier were continuously optimized;full-scale vehicle impact tests were made to validate the safety performance of the barrier.It was shown that the crashworthiness of this barrier can reach SS level,the impact load transferred to the bridge deck was effectively reduced by the deformation and energy absorption of the upper steel beam-column and the obstruction block,and the weak flange bridge deck can meet the stress requirements.
