摘　　要：为了实现引进落空,首先提出了围绕人体的核心点——动力交汇点(丹田)进行核心攻防,并运用物理学、生理学、心理学与哲学等科学原理对其进行立体分析,以出现最佳技术效果的技术思路;然后构建了一套核心进攻与核心防守的技术体系;最后为了实现攻防一体化,最终汇聚成太极劲的动力系统与十三势的基本技法,从"体"与"用"两方面满足了引进落空的技术要求。In order to realize the effect of taking counterpart’s strength and turning down their attack,this paper proposes theory for pushing hand method:based on the core power generation point of the body-the pubic region,core attack and defense techniques are used.At the same time,this paper analyzes and finds out the most effective technique by using physics,physiology,psychology and philosophy,constructs technical system for core attack and defense,and therefore realize their integration.The power generation system and thirteen-style basic techniques are created,which meet the technical requirement of taking counterpart’s strength and turning down their attack from the aspect of body and application.
