摘　　要：从发放术入手,分析了它的技术构成、运用原则、操作程序、技术分类、技术训练等互相关联的五个方面,勾画出推手技法的基本框架。推手经过了两次技术划分,第一次是依照逻辑关系,划分为十三势、沾粘连随、发放过程三个方面,确立了得点、破体、打根的运用原则,以及"擎引松放"与"化引拿发"两种技术模式;第二次是根据性质与功能,划分为控制、运化、引空、发放四类技术,建立了一套盘手、喂招、喂劲、对抗、实战的训练体系。Taking fafangshu(power generation technique)as the entry point,this paper analyzes its five connected aspects,namely:technical structure,application principle,process,technical classification and training.The general framework of pushing hands techniques is described.Pushing hands were classified two times.The first time is based on the logical relationship,which is divided into three parts:thirteen styles,attaching and following,and power generation.Application principle of getting the points,breaking the limitation and funding,as well as two technical styles:leading counterparts and relaxing yourself,turning the attacking power of counterparts and generating own power,are established.The second time is based on the features and function.Techniques are divided into four styles:controlling,operating,leading and power generating.Training system which includes hands movement,attacking by using counterparts’way,turning the strength being added to the body into your own power,confrontation and practice is established.
