输气管道工程汇气管结构与设计解析

摘　　要：随着国内天然气管道的高速建设,汇气管的应用越来越多,而目前国内尚无针对性规范对其设计规则进行明确规定。根据常用汇管的结构形式及特点,分析了国内外规范中关于拔制支管参数的规定,找出汇气管划类存在的问题,提出针对汇气管设计中筒体壁厚和开孔补强的应对措施,为输气管道工程汇气管的安全设计提供参考。As the high speed construction of nature gas pipeline in China,the gas distributor are more allpied,but there is no clear regulations about the detail design of gas distributor in domestic standards.Some common structures of gas distributor and the features are described.The drawing or extruded parameters in codes at home and abroad are studied through contrastive analysis.Whether gas distributor be classified pressure vessels or pipeline component are discussed and the proposal in practical are provided here.Comparative of calculation methods for the head thickness and opening reinforcement of the gas distributor are compared and studied,as a reference for the security design of gas distributor.
