历史城区的城市更新剖析——以华中小龟山文化金融公园项目为例

摘　　要：踏入新世纪以来,武汉进入了整体转型时期,面临着快速城镇化、工业化和经济结构转型的深刻变革,旧城区物质和人文空间环境经历着持续的更新、改造和调整。对历史城区的保护与更新不仅涉及对历史建筑、文化遗产等物质与环境的延续,还应通过引入新的生活形态为其注入活力。该文以湖北省武汉市华中小龟山文化金融公园为案例,从规划、建筑、景观的不同维度对历史城区与工业遗产进行重构,引入新的生活形态,重新梳理了城市核心区域空间,对功能结构进行了完善。Since entering the new century,Wuhan has turned into an era of overall transformation,facing thorough changes in rapid urbanization,industrialization,and economic structural transformation.Thus,the space environment has undergone continuous renewal,transformation and accommodation.The conservation and renovation of the historic district not only involves the continuation of physical environment such as historical buildings and cultural heritage,but also injects vitality into it by introducing new forms of life-style.Taking Huazhong Xiaoguishan Cultural and Financial Park in Wuhan,Hubei Province as an example,we recompose the historic district and industrial heritage from different dimensions of urban planning,architecture,and landscape,and introduce new ways of social life,in purpose of reorganizing the space of urban core area and improving social structure.
