摘　　要：自20世纪80年代以来,金融资本主导了全球化进程。作为一种新的资本形态,金融资本并未脱离资本逻辑全球扩张的一般规定,而只是资本逻辑全球拓展的最新样态。金融资本因其特殊性使资本增殖逻辑与全球发展的张力,具体化为"资本帝国"造成的世界政治经济发展不平衡、泡沫化发展带来的全球经济发展"结构性危机"、新自由主义带来的"自由民主"悖论。对金融资本全球化的批判与超越,要依据马克思关于资本逻辑的理论分析,把握资本逻辑因内在矛盾走向自我否定的必然规律,明晰人类命运共同体及世界社会主义运动在全球发展新格局中的重要作用。Since the 1980s,financial capital has dominated the development of globalization.As a new form of capital,financial capital has not deviated from the general provisions of the global expansion of the logic of capital,but is only the latest form of its global expansion.From the height of historical dialectics,it is necessary to analyze the globalization of financial capital in terms of both its historical achievements and the practical difficulties it has brought about.The tension between the logic of capital proliferation and global development due to the special characteristics of financial capital has been concretized into the further aggravation of the world political and economic imbalance caused by the"capital empire",the"structural crisis"of global economic development brought about by bubble development,and the paradox of"liberal democracy"brought by Neo liberalism.The critique of the globalization of financial capital should be based on Marxist theoretical analysis of the logic of capital,grasp the inevitable law that the logic of capital leads to self-denial because of its inherent contradictions,and clarify the important role of the community of common destiny for all mankind and socialist movements around the world in the new pattern of global development.
