摘 要:为了提高电机性能,将金属三维打印技术与电机设计结合,提出了一种新型电机转子结构。相比传统结构,该转子铁心可以有效增加空气磁障,减小电机漏磁,提高气隙磁密基波幅值、电机凸极率以及输出转矩。本文首先分析对比了常规样机和新型电机的电磁特性,然后利用有限元法,从磁障宽度及数量角度,探索了磁障结构参数的变化对电机电磁性能的影响。In order to improve the performance of the motor,a novel type of motor rotor structure was proposed by combining the metal 3D printing technology with the motor design.Compared with the traditional structure,the rotor core can effectively increase the air magnetic barrier,which can reduce the magnetic flux leakage of the motor and increase the amplitude of the air gap magnetic density fundamental wave,the salient pole ratio and the output torque of the motor.First of all,the electromagnetic characteristics of the existing prototype and the novel motor were analyzed using the finite element method in this paper.By changing the width and number of magnetic barriers,the impact of the structural parameters of the magnetic barrier on the electromagnetic performance of the motor was explored.
