摘　　要：对山东省潍坊市鼓励和推动社会组织参与精准扶贫的实践与成效进行了总结,分析了社会组织参与精准扶贫的意义及影响社会组织精准扶贫作用发挥的问题。针对社会组织筹措资金能力不足、服务能力有限、扶贫资源共享机制缺乏等问题,提出从政治和政策上加强引导、创新社会组织参与精准扶贫工作机制与加强社会组织自身能力建设的对策。This paper summarizes the practice and effectiveness of encouraging and promoting social organizations to participate in targeted poverty alleviation in Weifang,Shandong Province,and analyzes the significance of social organizations’participation and the problems affecting the role of social organizations in targeted poverty alleviation.In view of the problems such as insufficient financing capacity of social organizations,limited service capacity and lack of resource sharing mechanism for poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the guidance and innovation of social organizations’participation in targeted poverty alleviation from the political and policy aspects,and strengthen the capacity building of social organizations themselves.
