摘　　要：针对产业园区集中供汽的特点,基于物联网技术、现代传感技术及自动控制技术,设计了一种智能恒压供汽系统,以实时监测供汽管道压力,对电磁阀开度进行智能预判,实现恒压供汽及对诸如纺织车间等场所的温湿度控制。实际应用表明,系统控制精度高,稳定可靠,提高了生产质量,节省了用汽费用,同时,该系统也可作为传感器、单片机等课程的实验设备使用。Based on the centralized steam supply system in industrial park,an intelligent constant pressure steam supply system is designed,by using internet of things technology,modern sensor technology and automatic control technology,to monitor the pressure of the steam supply pipeline,and to predict intelligently the opening of electromagnetic valve,achieving constant pressure steam supply and temperature and humidity control in places such as textile workshops.Practical applications show that the system has achieved control accuracy,stability and reliability.The production quality has improved,and the use of steam has cut down.At the same time,the system can also be used as experimental equipment for courses such as sensors,singlechip computer etc.
