摘 要:为将一次盐水系统内硫酸根含量控制在规定范围内,延长一次盐水工艺膜的使用寿命,在介绍了CIM除硝工艺原理及工艺流程的基础上,针对CIM膜法除硝工艺在生产中的运行工况,对其预处理单元、冷冻单元等盐水精制工序进行工艺优化。实践表明,优化后的工艺运行参数较稳定,脱氯淡盐水中硫酸根含量有明显降低,并取得了较好的经济效益。In order to control the sulfate content in the primary brine system within the specified range and prolong the service life of primary brine process membrane,having introduced the principle and process flow of CIM de-nitration,measures for optimizing the existing brine refining process such as pretreatment unit and freezing unit are proposed based on the operation condition of CIM membrane De-nitration Process in production.Practice shows that the operation parameters of the optimized process are stable,the content of sulfate radical in de-chlorination dilute brine is significantly reduced,and good economic benefits are achieved.
