摘　　要：为发挥区域产业竞争优势和产业空间集聚性,提升绿色建筑实效,促进建筑产业高质量发展,在概述了我国区域装配式建筑发展现状的基础上,以上海市为例,分析了装配式建筑发展的“五位一体”模式,从聚焦全产业链融合发展、发挥引领示范效应、打造新型人才培养高地、提升核心技术竞争力、提高社会认可度等方面,探讨了区域装配式建筑业的发展路径。In order to give full play to the regional industrial competitive advantage and industrial spatial agglomeration,and to promote the green building and the high-quality development of the construction industry,having outlined the current situation of prefabricated construction in China,an analysis is made on the“five in one”mode of the development of prefabricated buildings:focusing on the integrated development of the whole industrial chain,giving play to the effect of leading demonstration,creating a new highland for talent cultivation,enhancing the competitiveness of core technology and improving social recognition.And the development path of prefabricated construction is further explored.
