摘　　要：结合天津澜海庄园项目地下室防水施工实例,在分析PV100防水材料预铺反粘施工工艺及施工流程基础上,探讨PV100防水卷材的施工要点、关键节点构造及质量控制要求。项目应用实践表明,与传统的SBS防水卷材工艺相比,应用PV100高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘施工技术,既能保证地下室防水效果,又节约了成本和工期,取得了预期效益。Based on the analysis of the pre-laying and anti-sticking technology and process of PV100 waterproof material in the construction,the construction key points,key node structure and quality control requirements of PV100 waterproof membrane are discussed.Practice shows that compared with the traditional SBS waterproofing membrane technology,the construction technology of PV100 polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing membrane pre-laying and anti-sticking can not only ensure the waterproof effectiveness of the basement,but also save the cost and shorten the construction period,which helps to achieve the expected benefits.
