摘 要:目的探讨以患者需求为导向的护工分层培训的效果,为提高护工专业素养和临床照护服务质量提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,2019年2月选取北京清华长庚医院75名护工为研究对象。对其采用以患者需求为导向的护工分层培训,培训前后比较护工理论及操作技能考核成绩,护士对护工工作满意度,患者及家属对护工工作满意度。结果培训后护工理论和操作考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计雪意义(P<0.01)。培训后护理人员对护工满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。培训后患者及患者家属对护工满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以患者需求为导向的护工分层培训,提升了护工临床照护水平,以及护士、患者和家属的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of stratified training of nursing assistants based on patient demands so as to provide a basis for improving the professionalism and the quality of clinical care services of nursing assistants.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 75 nursing assistants in Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital as research objects in February 2019.All nursing assistants received patient demands oriented stratified training.Before and after training,we compared the assessment results of theory and operational skills of nursing assistants,nurses'satisfaction with work of nursing assistants,and patients and their families'satisfaction with work of nursing assistants.Results After training,the theoretical and operational skills assessment scores of nursing assistants were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After training,nurses'satisfaction with nursing assistants was higher than that before training with a statistical difference(P<0.01).After training,patients and their families'satisfaction with nursing assistants were higher than those before training with statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusions The patient demands oriented stratified training for nursing assistants has improved the clinical care of nursing assistants,the satisfaction of nursing,patients and their family members.
