北京市西山地区地质背景对土地资源利用的影响

摘　　要：为从地层岩性、地质构造、地貌和地球化学4个方面阐明北京市西山地区的地质背景对土地资源利用的影响,通过查阅文献、实地调查和采样测试,获得西山地区的地质背景及土地资源利用的相关资料,并进行对比分析。结果说明:1)西山地区特有的岩石资源既导致相应工矿用地的出现,又是构成旅游资源重要的物质基础;2)构造运动抬升使西山地区以林地为主,同时在风景区出现了相应的旅游用地和建设用地;3)十渡风景区和石花洞作为典型的岩溶地貌,已成为享誉全国的旅游资源,随之出现了疗养院、培训基地和度假别墅等建设用地;而河漫滩和河流阶地上则形成了肥沃的耕地;4)门头沟区妙峰山和房山区特定区域母岩发育的土壤,造就了妙峰山优质玫瑰园地和房山区磨盘柿园地。In order to study the influence of geological background on land resource utilization in the Western Mountain Areas of Beijing from the aspects of strata and rock property,geological structure,landforms and geochemistry,the related data of geological background and land resources utilization in the Western Mountain Areas are obtained through literature review and field surveys.Sample tests and comparative analysis are performed.The results show that:1)The unique rock resources in the Western Mountain Areas lead to the emergence of corresponding industrial and mining land,which is also an important material basis for tourism resources;2)Due to the uplift of tectonic movement,the land type in the Western Mountain Areas is mainly forested land,and corresponding tourist land and construction land appear in the scenic areas;3)Shidu Scenic Spot and Stone Flower Cave,as typical karst landforms,have become the famous tourism resources in the country,followed by sanatoriums,training bases,holiday villas and other construction land.Good quality cultivated land has formed on both flood plain and river terrace;4)The soil developed with specific lithology in Miaofeng Mountain of Mentougou District,special area of Fangshan District makes the highquality rose garden land of the Miaofeng Mountain and the persimmon orchard of Fangshan District in Beijing.
