摘 要:近年来,自体脂肪移植已经在整形外科得到广泛应用,如各种先天性或后天性组织凹陷、小乳畸形、乳房再造、器官再造、瘢痕修复,或是作为其他手术的辅助手段。然而对于脂肪处理的最佳方法,仍然没有公认的标准,目前也没有证据支持某一种技术优于其他技术。在临床上,不同脂肪处理方法得到的脂肪颗粒具有不同的特性,实际应用及其适应证也因此有所不同。本文就自体脂肪移植中脂肪颗粒处理与应用的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,autologous fat transplantation has been widely used in plastic surgery,such as various congenital or acquired depressions,breast deformities,breast reconstruction,organ reconstruction,scar repair,or as an assisting technique to other operations.However,there is still no accurate answer to the best method for the processing of lipoaspirate.And there is currently no evidence to support that a certain technique is superior to the other.Clinically,lipoaspirate processed by different method has different characteristics.Therefore,the application and the indications shall be different.In this paper,the advances of fat treatment and clinical application in autologous fat transplantation were reviewed.
