乌附晕痛酊结合TDP治疗对椎动脉型颈性眩晕患者症状改善的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探索一种能快速有效缓解眩晕症状的中医护理方法。方法选择符合纳入标准的椎动脉型颈性眩晕患者50例,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组25例。将乌附晕痛方按照相同成分和剂量分别制成药包和酊剂。两组患者遵医嘱使用相同的基础治疗方案,对照组采用乌附晕痛方热封包治疗,实验组采用乌附晕痛酊加TDP治疗,每天2次,7天为一疗程。结果实验组中医眩晕程序分级评分表的积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌附晕痛酊结合TDP治疗效果优于乌附晕痛方封包治疗。Objective To explore a Chinese medicine nursing method that can quickly and effectively relieve dizziness symptoms.Methods A total of fifty patients met the diagnostic criteria of cervical vertigo of vertebral artery type were included and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The Wufuyuntong prescription with the same composition and dosage was made into a medicine package and a tincture respectively.The two groups of patients followed the same basic treatment plan as the doctors ordered.Additionally,the control group patients were treated with Wufuyuntong medicine package,and the experimental group patients were treated with Wufuhaotong tincture combined with TDP.These two treatments were conducted twice a day for 7 days.Results In the experimental group,the score of Chinese Medicine Vertigo Program Grading Scale was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of Wufuyuntong tincture combined with TDP was better than that of Wufuyuntong medicine package.
