白血病患儿主要照顾者压力负担与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查白血病患儿主要照顾者的压力负担与生活质量的现状,分析其压力负担与生活质量的相关性。方法选取2019年1—11月在我院小儿血液科住院的182名白血病患儿的主要照顾者为调查对象,收集一般资料,采用照顾者反应评估量表(CRA)中文修订版与世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)调查主要照顾者的压力负担和生活质量情况,采用Pearson相关分析确定压力负担与生活质量的相关性。结果白血病患儿主要照顾者压力负担总分为(72.64±11.66)分,生活质量总得分为(13.89±3.15)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,压力负担总分与生活质量呈负相关(r=-0.569,P<0.01)。结论白血病患儿主要照顾者生活质量水平低于国内常模,这与照顾者的压力负担相关,所以提升白血病患儿主要照顾者的生活质量,还应从降低照顾者压力方面着手。Objective To investigate the current status of the stress burden and living quality of the main caregivers of children patients with leukemia and analyze the correlation between the stress burden and living quality was set as the study subject.Methods The main caregivers of 182 children patients with leukemia who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatric Hematology of our hospital from January to November 2019 were selected as the survey subjects,and general data were collected.The Chinese revised version of the caregiver response assessment scale(CRA)and the WHO quality of life scales(WHOQOL-100)were used to survey the stress burden and living quality of the main caregivers,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between stress burden and living quality.Results The total score of the stress burden of the main caregivers of children patients with leukemia was(72.64±11.66)points,and the total score of living quality was(13.89±3.15)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total stress burden was negatively correlated with the living quality(r=-0.569,P<0.01).Conclusion The living quality of the main caregivers of children patients with leukemia was lower than the domestic norm,which was related to the stress burden of caregivers.Therefore,we should also start to reduce the stress of caregivers to improve the living quality of the main caregivers of children patients with leukemia.
