摘 要:目的探讨信息化全程个案管理在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院鼻咽癌患者120例,将其随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组实施信息化全程个案管理模式,比较两组患者放疗期间住院天数、放疗后副反应以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05),放射性皮炎及口腔黏膜炎程度均明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息化全程个案管理模式可以缩短鼻咽癌患者放疗住院时间,减轻放疗副反应,更好地满足患者需求,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of information-based whole-process case management in patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital was set as the study subject,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group implemented an information-based whole-process case management model to compare the length of stay during radiotherapy,side effects after radiotherapy,and satisfaction of patients in the two groups.Results The hospitalization days in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the degree of radiation dermatitis and oral mucositis were significantly lighter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-based whole-process case management model can shorten the length of stay of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,reduce the side effects of radiotherapy,better meet the needs of patients,and improve the patient's satisfaction.
