改良皮试观察法在降低破伤风抗毒素皮试假阳性发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良皮试观察法在降低破伤风抗毒素皮试假阳性发生率中的应用效果。方法选择2019年7—9月我院接受破伤风抗毒素皮试的108例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者等分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者实施传统破伤风抗毒素皮试观察法,试验组实施改良后破伤风皮试观察法,比较两组患者皮试阳性率及不同性别、年龄、受伤情况患者皮试阳性率,比较两组对护理工作的满意度。结果试验组破伤风抗毒素皮试结果阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、受伤患者皮试阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良破伤风抗毒素皮试观察法可有效降低患者皮试阳性率,增加患者用药机会,减轻患者痛苦,提高满意度,一定程度上降低了患者的治疗费用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of modified skin testing observation method in reducing the false positive rate of tetanus antitoxin skin test.Methods To select 108 cases of patients who underwent tetanus antitoxin skin test in our hospital from July to September 2019 were set as the study objects.The patients were equally divided into a test group and a control group by the random number table method.The control group patients were subjected to the traditional tetanus antitoxin skin testing observation method,and the test group was subjected to the modified tetanus skin testing observation method.The skin testing positive rate of patients in the two groups,and skin testing positive rate of patients with different gender,age and injury status,as well as the satisfaction of nursing work in patients who were nursed,were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of tetanus antitoxin skin test in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of skin test among patients of different genders,ages,and injuries status(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified tetanus antitoxin skin testing observation method can effectively reduce the positive rate of skin test of patients,increase the chance of patients taking medication,alleviate the suffering of patients,improve patients'satisfaction,and reduce the treatment cost of patients to a certain extent.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
