摘 要:本文主要介绍了液压螺栓拉伸器校准方法现状,并在此基础上研发的一种液压螺栓拉伸器校准装置。本校准装置利用液压螺栓拉伸器工作原理,采用环形测力传感器减少校准装置受力连接件、受力形变等不利因素,并通过一系列机械优化,解决了被检液压螺栓拉伸器位置固定、环形测力传感器受力不均等问题,消除了连接件与环形传感器因接触而产生的摩擦力等不利因素。本装置已经授予国家实用新型专利,专利号:2019207666651。This paper mainly introduces the present situation of the hydraulic bolt tensioner calibration method,and develops a hydraulic bolt tensioner calibration device based on it. The calibration device makes use of the working principle of the hydraulic bolt tensioner,adopts the ring-shaped force sensor to reduce the disadvantageous factors such as the force-bearing connector and the force-bearing deformation of the calibration device,and through a series of mechanical optimization,the problem that the position of the Hydraulic Bolt tensioner is fixed and the force of the Ring Force sensor is not equal is solved,and the disadvantageous factors such as the friction caused by the contact between the connector and the ring sensor are eliminated. The device has been granted a national patent for utility model,patent number: 2019207666665. 1.
