摘  要:表面粗糙度比较样块主要用来对比检测工件表面粗糙度的一种实物量具。现对加工方式为研磨其粗糙度可达Ra(01~0012)μm的粗糙度比较样块进行分析,通过7组数据对其校准计算及测量不确定评定,正确理解和分析粗糙度Ra数据,在扫描测量螺纹量规或工件时,要考虑其表面粗糙度带来的影响。The surface roughness comparison specimens is a kind of physical measuring tool mainly used to compare and test the surface roughness of workpieces. This paper analyzes the roughness comparison specimens whose roughness can reach Ra( 0. 1 ~ 0. 012) μm by grinding. It is very important to correctly understand and analyze the calibration data and accurately apply the roughness specimens through 7 groups of data to evaluate the stability calculation and measurement uncertainty. The influence of surface roughness should be considered,when scanning and measuring threads gauge or workpiece.
