摘　　要：针对一批超声波测厚仪校准结果超差的问题,本文介绍了超声波测厚仪的测量原理、分类及常见的误差产生原因,分析了本次误差产生的原因并提出了相应建议。Aiming at the problem of excessive calibration results of a batch of ultrasonic thickness gauges,this paper introduces the measurement principles,classification and common causes of errors of ultrasonic thickness gauges,analyzes the causes of this error and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
