摘  要:针对一台模拟汽车环境测试传感器性能的三轴测试机,研究了其误差来源。研究中发现传感器和磁铁及信号轮之间的平行度误差对实验数据产生影响。为了提高测量精度,设计了基于具有探针装置的新型平行度误差测量方法,根据测量结果对几个方向上的平行度误差进行硬件补偿。实验结果表明,该设计有效地减小了上述误差,提高了实验数据的精度。Parallelism error is researched for a three-coordinate testing bench that simulates the automotive environment to test the performance of sensors. The studies showed that the parallelism error between the sensor and the magnet and signal wheel has an effect on the experimental data. A new measurement method of parallelism error based on the probe device is designed to improve measurement accuracy. And the measurement results were used to compensate parallelism error in several directions. Results show that this method can reduce above-mentioned error and improve the accuracy of experimental data effectively.
