摘　　要：目的:对马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamb.鲜松叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶、Sephadex G25、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MCI、YMC等柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从马尾松鲜松叶中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:isotachioside(1)、L-色氨酸(2)、(+)-儿茶素-8-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、香草酸(4)、表儿茶素(5)、槲皮素-3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)glycerol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、4′-甲氧基-山柰酚-3-O-半乳糖苷(8)、柽柳苷(9)、(7R,8S)1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-α-L-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(erythro)(10)、(7S,8S)1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-α-L-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(threo)(11)、massonianoside A(12)、hovetrichoside A(13)、4-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanone(14)、3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、6~9、13~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from fresh pine needles of Pinus massoniana.Methods:Silica gel,glucan gel G25,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,MCI,YMC and other column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the compounds,and the structures of the compounds were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from fresh pine needles of Pinus massoniana and identified as isotachioside(1),L-tryptophan(2),(+)-catechin-8-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),vanillic acid(4),(-)-epicatechin(5),quercetin-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)glycerol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),4′-methoxy-kaempferol-3-O-galactopyranoside(8),tamarixin(9),(7R,8S)1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-α-L-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(erythro)(10),(7S,8S)1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-α-L-rhamnopyranoxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(threo)(11),massonianoside A(12),hovetrichoside A(13),4-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanone(14),3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,6 to 9,13 to 15 are isolated from Pinus massoniana for the first time.
