摘 要:目的:研究分析2个灵芝菌株(A1、A2)子实体和孢子粉中活性成分含量差异,筛选出适宜北京地区栽培的优质高产灵芝菌株。方法:采用分光光度法及超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法分别对2个灵芝菌株子实体和孢子粉中多糖、总三萜和3种灵芝酸(灵芝酸A、灵芝酸B、灵芝酸C2)含量进行检测。结果:灵芝A2菌株孢子粉中多糖含量显著高于A1菌株,A1菌株子实体所含总三萜和3种灵芝酸含量均高于A2菌株。结论:综合比较分析,在北京地区以获得优质灵芝子实体为目的,栽培A1菌株更适合,以孢子粉为主要生产目的,适宜栽培A2灵芝菌株。Objective:To compare the difference of main active constituents contents in fruiting bodies and spores of two Ganoderma lucidum strains(A1 and A2),in order to select suitable strain cultivated in Beijing.Methods:Spectrophotometry method and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method were applied to detect the contents of polysaccharide,total triterpenoids and three ganoderic acids(ganoderic acid A,ganoderic acid B,ganoderic acid C2)in Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies and spores,respectively.Results:The content of polysaccharides in spore of A2 strain was higher than that of A1 strain.The total triterpenes and three kinds of ganoderma acids contents in the fruit body of A1 strain were higher than that of A2 strain.Conclusion:Through comprehensive comparative analysis,A1 strain cultivation is more suitable for the purpose of obtaining high-quality Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body in Beijing area,A2 Ganoderma lucidum strain cultivation is more suitable for the main production purpose of sporangium powder.
