摘　　要：内螺纹瓶盖模具已成为模具研究领域的热门,一模多腔自动脱螺纹通过已有的技术进行分析后总结在此基础上,结合该螺纹瓶盖自身结构工艺性,提出了采用"马达+链传动+齿轮传动"组合的自动脱螺纹机构设计。The die of internal thread bottle cap has become a hot topic in the field of die research.Based on the analysis of the existing technology,combined with the structure and technicality of the thread bottle cap,the multi-cavity automatic thread removal of one die and multiple cavities is analyzed and summarized.The design of automatic thread removal mechanism based on"motor+chain drive+gear drive"is put forward.
