摘  要:洛阳骏化生物科技有限公司150 t/h终端污水处理装置建设于2007年,采用A/O生化处理工艺。为实现节能减排,降低消耗,企业提出将终端污水处理后作为企业一次水补充水(代替部分外调河水),实现中水回用,在现有污水生化处理系统的基础上增加深度处理装置。选用国内先进的MBR膜生物反应器,利用膜的抽吸作用来进行泥水分离,污泥膨胀不会影响MBR系统的正常运行和出水水质。2014年投入运行。经过近几年的实际运行,运行稳定,废水在线数据正常,取得了良好的环保效果。150 tons/hour terminal sewage treatment device owned by Luoyang Junhua Biological Technology Co.,Ltd.using A/O biochemical treatment process was built in 2007.In order to save energy,reduce emissions,and reduce consumption,the company proposed to treat the terminal sewage as the company's primary water supplement(instead of part of the externally transferred river water)to realize the reuse of reclaimed water and add advanced treatment de⁃vices to the existing sewage biochemical treatment system.The domestic advanced MBR membrane bioreactor was se⁃lected,and the suction effect of the membrane was used to separate the sludge and water.The sludge expansion did not affect the normal operation of the MBR system and the effluent quality.It was put into operation in 2014.After several years of actual operation,the operation is stable,and the wastewater online data is normally in the standard,and good environmental protection effects have been achieved.
