摘　　要：从成膜机理以及成膜过程的变化来研究共性规律——成膜过程的化学、物理以及状态的变化,使用配方机制进行有效调节,就能够获得状态良好的涂料膜层。反推使用膜形成的机理,采用配方调控机制以及改善施工环境条件,从而达到对成膜缺陷实现有效控制。General laws are studied from the film formation mechanism and changes in the film formation process–chemical,physical,and state changes in the film formation process.The formula mechanism is used for effective adjustment,so good coatings film can be obtained.The film formation mechanism is reversed,the formula control mechanism is adopted,and application environment is improved to effectively control film formation defects.
