摘　　要：环氧树脂、自制改性环氧树脂与低黏度改性环氧双酚F树脂作为成膜物质,混合一些无毒防锈颜填料、助剂、VOC豁免类型稀释剂并采用改性聚酰胺作为固化剂研制出一种高耐腐蚀的环境友好型涂料,该涂料固化速度快,机械性能好,耐化学腐蚀能力优秀,而且具有一定的环境友好性能。With epoxy resin,self-prepared modified epoxy resin and low viscosity modified epoxy bisphenol-F resin as filmforming materials,mixed with some nontoxic antirust pigments and fillers,additives,and VOC exempt diluents,and with modified polyamide as curing agent,a kind of environmentally friendly coatings with high corrosion resistance was developed.The coatings have fast curing speed,good mechanical properties,and excellent chemical corrosion resistance,and are environmentally friendly.
