摘　　要：主要以水性聚氨酯面漆在农机客户端的应用情况为重点研究对象,考察了漆/固化剂配比对涂膜外观和性能的影响,以及在涂装过程中施工温湿度、施工黏度、涂装间隔、干燥方式等施工条件对涂膜外观的影响。经过系统研究得到了适宜水性聚氨酯面涂料的施工工艺条件。In this paper,the application of waterborne polyurethane finish on client-side agricultural machinery is the key research object,and the influence of the coatings/curing agent ratio on the appearance and performance of coatings film as well as the influence of the application conditions such as application temperature and humidity,application viscosity,painting interval,drying methods,etc.on the appearance of coatings film in the process of painting are investigated.Through the systematic study,the suitable application process conditions for waterborne polyurethane finish were obtained.
