摘　　要：以光固化脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和改性丙烯酸酯为主体树脂,以反应性单体为活性稀释剂,以掺锑二氧化锡(ATO)、六硼化镧(LaB6)、铯钨青铜(CsxWO3)为隔热介质,在光引发剂和助剂的配合下,制备成UV透明隔热涂料。涂膜具有UV固化速率快、硬度高、耐磨性佳、附着力好、耐化学品耐候性优、隔热效果佳等特性。With photocuring aliphatic polyurethane acrylate and modified acrylate as main resins,with reactive monomer as active diluent,with antimony-doped tin dioxide(ATO),lanthanum hexaboride(LaB6)and cesium tungsten bronze(CsxWO3)as insulation media,UV-transparent heat insulation coatings were prepared under the effect of photoinitiators and additives.The coatings film has a fast UV curing rate,high hardness,good abrasion resistance,good adhesion,excellent chemical and weather resistance,good heat insulation and other characteristics.
