摘　　要：丝网用水性双组分电泳涂料,采用水性丙烯酸树脂与氨基改性环氧树脂配合封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂作为主要成膜物质,被涂物全浸在电泳槽液中进项电泳涂装,涂膜兼具防腐能力以及耐候能力,一次涂装达到底面合一的涂装质量。Waterborne two-component electrophoretic coatings for screens with waterborne acrylic resin and amino modified epoxy resin together with curing agent closed isocyanate as the main film-forming materials were completely immersed in the electrophoretic bath solution.Coatings have both anticorrosion and weatherability.The painting quality of substrate-surface integration can be achieved after one-off painting.
