复合生态系统理论视角下的文化与旅游融合实践探索——以上海为例

摘　　要：随着文化和旅游部的成立,文化与旅游的融合发展顺理成章提上议事日程。融合发展的最大难点在于系统整合。从产业融合的视角上看文化与旅游,两者之间需要逐步改变原来产业的边界和形态,最终融合为新的产业业态和产业群。本文乞援于复合生态系统理论的阐发和运用,以上海为例,将自然、社会和经济融为一体进行通观生态研究,从系统整体协调上对在地的文旅融合提出相应的发展建议;同时,按照复合生态系统的科学调控法则,设想以“自生”(个性活力)为基础,以“共生”(协同绩效)为常态,以“再生”(品牌意象)为愿景,在“自生-共生-再生”三级跳远中,推进上海文旅融合得到科学而艺术的可持续发展。With the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,An integrated development of culture and tourism is logically put on the agenda.Yet the biggest difficulty lies in system integration.From the perspective of industrial integration,culture and tourism need to change the boundary and form of the original industry gradually,and integrate into a new industry pattern and industrial group finally.With elucidation and application of complex ecosystem theory,this paper took Shanghai as a case in point,integrated nature with society and economy to study it from an ecological view,put forward corresponding suggestions for integrated development of its culture and tourism from overall systematic coordination aspect,and envisaged a triple jump mode for a sustainable development of Shanghai’s tourism scientifically and artfully integrated with culture with Self-survival(harmonious performance)as the normal,Symbiosis(collaborative performance)as the norm,and Regeneration(brand image)as the vision in accordance with scientific regulation rules of complex ecosystem.
