摘　　要：胸外科是专业特色鲜明的外科学分支,其专科医师规范化培训是临床教学工作的重中之重,是毕业后教育的重要组成部分。随着“互联网+”时代的到来,网络化培训必将成为专科医师培训的重要手段。特别是新冠疫情期间,培训系统无法有效运行,如何克服疫情影响,培训青年专科医师成为抗击肺炎疫情的有生力量是重要科学问题。本文结合我院实际情况,围绕医学人文及胸外科专业技术特点,针对专科医师出现的专业盲点及心理问题,总结多维网络平台优化培训方法,通过线上线下混合式教学模式,强化专业基础、加强思想教育,推进专科医师培训工作高效运行,为基层医疗卫生人员专科"网络化"培训提供参考。Thoracic surgery is a branch of surgery with distinctive specialties.The standardized training of its specialists is the most important part of clinical teaching and an important part of post-graduation education.With the advent of the"Internet+"era,networked training will surely become an important means of training specialists.Especially during the new crown epidemic,the training system cannot operate effectively.How to overcome the impact of the epidemic and training young specialist physicians to become a viable force in the fight against the pneumonia epidemic is an important scientific issue.This article combines the actual situation of our hospital and focuses on the professional technical characteristics of medical humanities and thoracic surgery.Aiming at the professional blind spots and psychological problems of specialist doctors,this article summarizes the optimization training methods of multi-dimensional network platform,and strengthens the professional foundation and strengthens through the online and offline hybrid teaching mode.Ideological education,promote the efficient operation of the training of specialist physicians,and provide reference for the"networking"training of specialists in primary medical and health personnel.
