摘　　要：近年来心力衰竭患者治疗药物、技术方面已经取得了重大的突破,但是终末期心力衰竭至今仍然是无法治愈的疾病,病死率高,严重威胁患者的生命。随着姑息照护在慢性非恶性疾病人群中的应用,其对心衰患者的作用也逐渐被认识。本文对开展姑息照护的现状、终末期心力衰竭患者接受姑息照护的影响因素及姑息照护的基本模式作一综述,以期为发展我国特色的终末期心力衰竭姑息照护提供指引。In recent years,major breakthroughs have been made in the treatment of drugs and technologies for patients with heart failure.However,end-stage heart failure is still an incurable disease with a high mortality rate and a serious threat to the lives of patients.With the application of palliative care in people with chronic non-malignant diseases,its effect on patients with heart failure has gradually been recognized.This article reviews the current status of palliative care,the influencing factors of patients with end-stage heart failure receiving palliative care,and the basic model of palliative care,with a view to providing guidance for the development of palliative care for end-stage heart failure with Chinese characteristics.
