摘 要:为进一步了解KOH/NH3·H2O复合预处理对秸秆产气性能影响的内在原因,分别采用1%KOH+1%NH3·H2O(1K+1N)复合试剂以及2%KOH(2K),2%NH3·H2O(2N)单试剂预处理稻草48 h,对预处理过程中化学组分的变化进行分析比对,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等测试技术,对KOH/NH3·H2O复合预处理过程中稻草木质纤维素形态结构的变化进行了研究。组分分析表明,1K+1N复合预处理液中可溶性物质增多,木质纤维素的脱除率比单试剂预处理提高了7.2%~34.8%。结构分析表明,1K+1N复合预处理明显促使木质素中部分官能团、纤维素的氢键和糖苷键以及木质素与纤维素、半纤维之间的连接键断裂,使包裹在木素中的纤维素更好地释放出来被溶胀降解,并破坏其晶体结构。稻草的这些内部结构变化是提高稻草厌氧消化产气性能的重要原因。To further understand the intrinsic reason for the effect of KOH and NH3·H2O combined pretreatment on the biogas production performance of straw,the rice straw(RS)was pretreated with 1%KOH+1%NH3·H2O(1K+1N),2%KOH(2K)and 2%NH3·H2O(2N)at 30℃for 48 h,respectively.The main chemical composition in the hydrolysate was analyzed after pretreatments.The morphological structure of RS for different pretreatments was also analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The component results showed that there was much more soluble substance in the hydrolysate pretreated with 1K+1N than other pretreatment groups.Moreover,the lignocellulose removal rates of 1K+1N pretreatment was increased by 7.2%~34.8%than the single reagent pretreatments.The structural analysis showed that the 1K+1N pretreatment significantly promoted the breakage of partial functional groups in lignin,the hydrogen bond and glycosidic bond in cellulose and the bond between lignin and cellulose/hemicelluloses,causing the cellulose wrapped in the lingin was better released and degraded,and the crystal structure was also destroyed.These changes of the internal structures of RS led to an increase of anaerobic digestion efficiency and biogas production.
