摘  要:为了研究材质对风力机叶片绕流流场的影响,文章利用PIV系统,选取两种不同材质叶片,对其在低速风洞中不同工况下的流场信息进行采集。通过分析不同测试截面近壁面的流场数据,发现与空心填充泡沫叶片相比,玻璃聚酯叶片的平均动能减小48.07%以上,轴向脉动速度增加32%以上;而随着叶尖速比的增大,玻璃聚酯叶片的平均动能减少33.82%以下,脉动速度减少30.04%以下。实验工况下,叶片材质对流场特性的影响大于叶尖速比的影响,尤其在叶尖位置。该结果可为风力机叶片设计及制造提供一定参考。This work is aimed to investigate the effect of blade material on the flow around the wind turbine blades,using PIV system to test the flow field of two different material blades under different working conditions.By analyzing the near-wall flow field data of different test section,it is found that the average kinetic energy of glass polyester blade is reduced by more than 48.07%comparing with hollow foam-filled blade.With the tip velocity ratio increasing,the axial pulsation velocity reduces by more than 32%,the average kinetic energy decreased by 33.82%and the pulsation velocity decreased by 30.04%.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of the blade material on the flow field characteristics is greater than the tip speed ratio’s,especially at the blade tip.The results can provide a reference for the design and manufacture of wind turbine blades.
