摘 要:将改性煅烧高岭土用于浅色NR/SBR胎侧胶中,研究了其用量对NR/SBR胎侧胶工艺性能、力学性能、老化性能及屈挠性能等的影响;结果表明,改性煅烧高岭土会缩短胶料的硫化时间T90,提高生产效率,改善胶料的流动性;随着改性煅烧高岭土用量的增加,胶料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度先增加后降低,而胶料的弹性、抗屈挠性能则随之提高;老化后胶料的硬度大于老化前,拉伸强度、伸长率均小于老化前;添加15份改性煅烧高岭土时,胶料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、最大伸长率、撕裂强度、弹性分别为17.10 MPa、642%、33.20 N/mm、74%,屈挠8万次时,胶料的屈挠等级为2级,较好地满足了力车胎胎侧胶的性能要求。The modified calcined kaolin was used in light colored NR/SBR sidewall compound.The effects of its content on the processing properties,mechanical properties,aging properties and flexural properties of NR/SBR sidewall compound were studied;The results showed that the modified calcined kaolin could shorten the vulcanization time T90,improve the production efficiency and improve the fluidity of the rubber compound;with the increase of the amount of modified calcined kaolin,the tensile strength and tear strength of the rubber compound first increased and then decreased,while the elastic and flexural properties of the rubber compound increased accordingly;the hardness of the rubber compound after aging was greater than that before aging,and the tensile strength and elongation were lower before aging;When 15 phr of modified calcined kaolin was added,the comprehensive properties of the compound were the best.The tensile strength,maximum elongation,tear strength and elasticity were 17.10 MPa,642%,33.20 N/mm and 74%,respectively.When the amount of flexion was 80000 times,the compound had grade 2,which met the performance requirements of the sidewall compound for power cycle tire.
