摘  要:本设计的内容是用模具生产消音器端盖的坯件,并且制定出相关的工艺路线,设计出生产所用模具。工艺路线主要包括落料、拉深两道工序,设计为落料拉深复合模具。冲压工艺的选择是在查阅了相关资料和对产品外形成尺寸进行了仔细分析的基础上制定出来的;冲压模具的设计综合考虑了经济性、零件的冲压工艺性和复杂程度等诸多因素;产品毛坯的展开尺寸计算是在方便计算又不影响零件成型的前提下转化为熟悉的模型进行的。模具的主要部分零件给出了相应的尺寸计算,同时给出了详细的零件结构设计,并附有相应的零件图,最后根据零件结构设计和生产零件的要求生成了总装配图。The content of this design is to use the mold to produce the blank of the muffler end cover,and formulate the relevant process route,and design the mold for production.The technological route mainly includes blanking and drawing,which is designed as blanking and drawing compound mold.The selection of stamping process is made on the basis of consulting relevant data and carefully analyzing the external forming size of products;the design of stamping mold comprehensively considers many factors such as economy,stamping process and complexity of parts;The unfolding dimension calculation of product blank is transformed into a familiar model under the premise of convenient calculation and no influence on part forming.The size calculation of the main parts of the mold is given.At the same time,the detailed part structure design is given,and the corresponding part drawing is attached.Finally,according to the part structure design and the requirements of parts,the general assembly drawing is generated.
