摘  要:目的:对BD PHOENIX-100全自动微生物鉴定仪在进行葡萄球菌鉴定时的鉴定水平做出客观评价。方法:以分离自2018年3月~2020年5月患者标本的葡萄球菌为样本,共计79株,对样本进行常规培养,然后分别以API Staph与PHOENIX-100作为鉴定仪器,检测葡萄球菌样本,参照API Staph的检测结果,对PHOENIX-100的应用优缺点做出评价。结果:两种检测方式的鉴定结果一致性为87.34%(69/79),对比鉴定分析,可知在金黄色葡萄球菌检测中,二者鉴定结果完全相符。在对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌进行检测时,一致性为74.29%(26/35)。结论:以PHOENIX-100进行葡萄球菌鉴定,基本可适应临床鉴定要求,鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌时可靠性较强,然而以该鉴定仪鉴定凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌则应对鉴定结果持有谨慎态度,客观认识其鉴定结果的局限性。Objective:To objectively evaluate the identification level of BD PHOENIX-100 automatic microbial identification instrument in staphylococcus identification.Methods:A total of 79 strains of staphylococcus were isolated from patients’samples from March 2018 to may 2020.The samples were routinely cultured,and then API Staph and PHOENIX-100 were used as identification instruments to detect staphylococcus samples.The advantages and disadvantages of PHOENIX-100 application were evaluated according to the test results of API Staph.Results:The consistency of identification results of the two methods was 87.34%(69/79).The consistency of coagulase negative staphylococcus was 74.29%(26/35).Conclusion:The identification of staphylococcus with phoenicx-100 can basically meet the requirements of clinical identification,and the identification of staphylococcus aureus is reliable.However,the identification of coagulase negative staphylococcus with this identification instrument should be cautious and the limitations of the identification results should be objectively understood.
