摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合A620脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年5月收治的88例抑郁症患者,随机分为两组各44例,对照组采用A620脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取针刺治疗。治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和SF-36简明健康量表(SF-36)对患者进行评估。结果:研究组治疗后HAMD评分为(11.42±2.81)分,明显低于对照组(7.82±2.60)分,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合A620脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗抑郁症的效果明显提升,且能提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with A620 EEG biofeedback therapy instrument in the treatment of depression.Methods:A total of 88 patients with depression who were admitted from March 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the A620 EEG biofeedback treatment device,and the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control Needle treatment.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and SF-36 Concise Health Scale(SF-36)were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.Results:The HAMD score of the study group after treatment was(11.42±2.81)points,which was significantly lower than the control group(7.82±2.60)points,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture combined with A620 EEG biofeedback treatment instrument on depression is significantly improved,and it can improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical application value.
