氦氖激光照射治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析氦氖激光照射治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本院2018年7月~2019年7月接收的儿童分泌性中耳炎患者64例。基于是否应用氦氖激光照射治疗将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用抗生素进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上应用氦氖激光照射治疗,观察两组患者的治疗有效率。结果:研究组患者治疗显效、有效和无效患者分别为19例、12例和1例,总治疗有效率为96.88%(31/32),对照组患者治疗显效、有效和无效患者分别为12例、13例和7例,总治疗有效率为78.13%(25/32),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于儿童分泌性中耳炎患者应用氦氖激光照射治疗有助于改善治疗效果。Objective:In order to analyze the clinical effect of He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of children’s secretory otitis media.Methods:64 children with secretory otitis media received in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects.Based on whether He-Ne laser irradiation was used,the patients were is divided into study group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics,and the patients in the study group were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was observed.Results:In the study group,19 cases were effective,12 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.88%(31/32).In the control group,12 cases,13 cases and 7 cases were markedly effective,effective and ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.13%(25/32),with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:He-Ne laser irradiation for children with secretory otitis media is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.
