全硅橡胶和乳胶导尿管留置导尿的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨全硅橡胶和乳胶导尿管在留置导尿过程中的临床疗效分析。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月~2019年8月于本院住院留置导尿管治疗的患者116例作为研究对象,共分为研究组和对照组,每组58例,研究组应用全硅橡胶导尿管进行导尿,对照组应用乳胶导尿管进行导尿,分析比较组间尿路感染率及疼痛程度。结果:插管后,研究组患者3d阳性率明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而5d和7d组间阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学(P<0.05)。结论:在留置导尿过程中,相较于乳胶导尿管,全硅橡胶导尿管具有降低尿路感染率,以及减轻插管疼痛感,患者信赖度高,值得临床应用。Objective:To compare the clinical effect between silicone rubber and latex catheter indwelling catheter in urethral catheterization.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,116 cases with detaining urethral catheter were retrospective selected in our hospital as the research object.They were divided into research group and the control group,and there were 58 cases in each group.The silicone catheter urethral catheterization was used in study group,the latex catheters urethral catheterization was used in control group.The urinary tract infection rate and degree of pain were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results:After intubation,the 3d positive rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the 5d and 7d groups(P>0.05);The pain degree in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:During indwelling catheters,when compares with latex catheters,all silicone catheters can reduce urinary tract infection rate and relieve intubation pain.There is a higher degree of trust and it is worthy of clinical application.
