120例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良超声学检查结果回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析120例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良超声学检查结果。方法:选取本院在2016年2月~2019年8月收治的120例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良患者(实验组),再选取同期本院收治的115例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合良好患者(对照组)。采用统计学分析两组患者的超声学检查结果(子宫前后径距离、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径、子宫后位所占比)以及影响剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的相关因素。结果:两组患者在子宫前后径距离、子宫内膜厚度以及卵泡直径等比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组子宫后位所占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声能够及时且准确诊断剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良,超声学检查结果显示影响剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的因素较多。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the ultrasonic examination results of 120 cases of poor uterine incision healing after cesarean section.Methods:120 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to Augst 2019 with poor incision healing after cesarean section(as the experimental group)were selected,and 115 patients admitted to our hospital with good incision healing after cesarean section(as the control group)were selected.The ultrasonic examination results(anterior and posterior diameter of uterus,endometrial thickness,follicular diameter,posterior position of uterus)of the two groups of patients were analyzed statistically,as well as the related factors affecting poor wound healing after cesarean section.Results:There was no significant difference in the anterior and posterior diameter of uterus,endometrial thickness and follicle diameter between the two groups(P>0.05),and the posterior position of uterus in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound can timely and accurately diagnose poor healing of uterine incisions after cesarean section.Ultrasonic examination results show that there are many factors that affect poor healing of uterine incisions after cesarean section.
