彩超多普勒超声在甲状腺结节性质诊断及鉴别诊断中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:对彩超多普勒超声在甲状腺结节性质诊断及鉴别诊断的运用效果进行探究分析。方法:以2018年9月~2019年9月作为研究时段,选取本院该期间内收治的64例甲状腺结节患者,将其随机分为对照组(32例,CT检查)以及观察组(32例,彩超多普勒超声检查),对两组患者的最终检查结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的诊断准确率明显更高于对照组,观察组诊断灵敏度和特异性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:彩超多普勒超声对甲状腺结节的性质、鉴别诊断具有着较佳的运用效果。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:Using September 2018 to September 2019 as the study period,64 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital during this period were selected and randomly divided into a control group(32 cases,CT examination)and an observation group(32 cases,color Doppler ultrasound examination),the final examination results of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a better effect on the nature and differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and it is worthy of clinical application.
