摘 要:随着电子控制单元在汽车上的大量应用,汽车售后故障诊断技术也在朝电子化、自动化和智能化方向发展。售后诊断设备通过VCI接口与车内电子控制单元通讯,快速定位和解决故障,提高维修效率,并对车辆进行测试、配置和刷新。同时,售后诊断系统收集车辆数据,通过售后诊断页面查询车辆信息、软件刷新完成率、TOP DTC等,提高产品质量和维修质量,并协助其他系统完成数据统计和审核等工作。With the extensive application of electronic control unit in automobile,the automobile after-sale fault diagnosis technology is also developing in the direction of electronization,automation and intelligence.The after-sales diagnostic equipment communicates with the electronic control unit of the vehicle through the VCI interface,quickly locates and solves the fault,improves the maintenance efficiency,and tests,configures and refreshes the vehicle.At the same time,the after-sales diagnosis system collects vehicle data,Users can search the vehicle data such as vehicle information,software flash completion rate and top DTC through the after-sales diagnosis page.It can help to improve product quality and maintenance quality,and assist other systems to complete data statistics and audit.
