退伍复学大学生教育管理面临的困境及教育保障对策

摘　　要：近年来,大学生投笔从戎走进军营已经成为一种常见现象,调动大学生的特点和优势来提升国防实力、加强军队素质是十分有必要的。然而,部分退伍复学大学生返回校园后,在重新适应校园生活的过程中出现了各种各样的问题。为了更好地帮助退伍复学大学生学习、生活、就业,该文调查了辽宁科技学院、大连民族大学的退伍复学大学生教育管理情况,根据其面临的困境提出管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策,以期帮助退伍复学大学生走出困境,获得更好的发展。In recent years,it has become a common phenomenon for college students to give up civilian pursuits to join the army,and it is necessary to use the relevant characteristics and advantages of college students to enhance national defense capabilities and strengthen the quality of the army.However,after most of the demobilized college students returned to campus,various problems appeared in the process of re-adapting to campus life.In order to better take care of the study,employment,and daily life of demobilized college students,this paper specifically investigates the educational management of demobilized college students at Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology and Dalian Minzu University,puts forward the problems in the management of them based on the difficulties faced,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,hoping to help demobilized college students get out of their difficulties and develop better.
