摘　　要：课程思政要充分发挥专业课程“立德树人的功能”。该文对远程教育中“公共部门人力资源管理”课程思政教学进行了实践探索,从该课程的教学目标、教学环节和课程考核几个环节来分析如何将“课程思政”理念渗透进课程教学中,从而实现德育的目标。In curriculum-based ideological and political education,it is necessary to give full play to the professional curriculum's"function of enhancing morality and fostering talents".This paper conducts an exploration on the practice of curriculumbased ideological and political education for"Human Resources Management in Public Sectors"in distance education,analyzes how to integrate the concept of curriculum-based ideological and political education into the teaching of the course in terms of the teaching objectives,teaching links and course evaluation of the course,so as to realize the process of moral education.
